Amit Joshi is a Training Performance Consultant. A Post graduate in HR, a Certified Instructional Designer and a Certified Trainer Specialist for Management Development Programs, he has profitable experience in a variety of fields. As an individual, he is passionate and is committed to transforming people’s lives for the better through his effective and sincere training expertise and style.

He has considerable extensive years of core experience in Learning and Development in banking, travel, manufacturing, telecommunications and retail. In his previous assignments, he was instrumental in setting up and managing various Training and Learning and Development facilities and has added immense value to various organizations for whom he trained.

Amit started his career with Zenta Technologies, training international giants like American Express, JP Morgan Chase and Capital One on their processes, enhancing their communication skills, cross cultural understanding, customer service, presentation skills and sales techniques. He was also instrumental in setting up the Learning and Development facility and launching training for a number of new processes and clients. He then moved to Citi Group International as a Performance Training Specialist with a set of enhanced responsibilities. In his previous assignment with Training and consulting organization, he played a key role servicing clients’ right from the Training Needs Identification stage to Training Delivery. Some of the clients he worked with are Raymond, Reliance, Provogue, CP Ships, Vodafone, makemytrip.com, Ocwen Financials, Exl, The Bombay Store, L & T, Ambuja, CSC, DBS Bank, Big Entertainment, Milestone Interactive, PepsiCo, OCD J&J, Cook Medical, Orange, BPTP, Hinduja Global Service, Hapag Llyod, Aegis, Connell Brothers, Edwards, BPTP, MSD, AirLiquide, Lifesciences, Life Technologies, Essar Group, SAS, Abbott, Sealed Air, Lectra, Actuant, Hewitt, Tyco, Abbott, Viacom18 and Zoomin.com.

Amit has added value to the organizations he trained and consulted with because of his focused approach. Because of his strong belief in continual and progressive learning, he has attended and been certified in various Train the Trainer programs, Instructional Designing, Six Sigma programs and TTI Certified Behavior and Values Analyst.

Amit has an immense passion towards training and believes in transforming people through training. With a blend of tremendous subject matter knowledge, efficient facilitation skills and a positive attitude, he has proved to be an asset to all the organizations that he has been associated with. All in all, he has the ability to create an extraordinary learning environment and combining this with a host of positive attitudes.
